My Plum trees in bloom and so are some tulips!

    this is the American wild plum, one bigger old tree and some that shot up beside it that are young....

    again, i love this time of year here....just love it!

    oh, the dead christmas tree from december is where we put one of the bird feeder....we are in to recycling, so to say!

    the bloom close up is very pretty! OH amd it too smells very sweet!

    i lost alot of my tulips to the sqirrels and even chipmunks over the winter feasted on the bulbs they dug up!

    lillies are coming up also!

    even the pine trees have some sorta thingy on the end of limbs, looks like a cone, but it can't be?

    just beautiful yesterday and today! even with it hitting 89 yesterday, the inside house stayed at about 70-74 degrees without a/c!

    Maine gives us three months, Care.

    Just enough time for us to forget how ugly the winters are so that we stay on for another year.

    It's a hearty desert plant. It's a lifesaver for you if you're stranded in the desert. Plum trees and tulips wouldn't have a prayer here.
