How do you find out how much does it cost to self-publish an ebook at the various ebook publishers?
I am writing apocalyptic fiction with Satan and his minions as the main characters and that does not fall within the categories of what publishers publish so selling to a non-subsidy publisher is out. I am doing this because of the relative sales volume and impact of "Paradise Lost" vs "Paradise Regained" and "Inferno" being the only classic of Dante's triology. So, I expect reasonably good sales even if the book is a turkey but I want to figure out the mechanics of placing it with Google, Amazon or B&E before I finish it, I'm on chapter 2 now, so I figure I should start getting information now.
