How do teachers rate in your system folks?

New hired teachers underpaid. Depends on the state but in Georgia you can get one of those online masters degrees and get paid over 100K a year with 20 years experience for 5hours a day 10 months of the year. 2 weeks vacation at Christmas and 4 weeks during the school year breaks. 20 year teachers only teach 4 classes, come at 8 and can leave at 1. No offense to them and nothing personal but if that is not overpaid then what is?
