Ain't that the truth. I like my house but damn certain rooms can be cold! In the winter, I use the small sitting room cuz it heats up faster but when my brothers are here they drive me crazy cuz they leave the doors open and it lets the heat out! Born in a barn, my brothers. Ain't one of them capable of closing a door!

That is the problem with living on the West Coast, nothing is usually over 200 years old. I guess Fort Clatsop might be if they didn't rebuild it. I guess there could be some Native American buildings left that are older than 200 years old too???

I think so too. The house I'm currently living in is so drafty it isn't even worth heating any rooms other than the kitchen. Our last place was toasty warm but I had sinus headaches all winter long.
