Just the same as if, while in a southern state, you come across a white-skinned person with a sloping forehead, beatle eyes, and a dazed expression on his face, whose knuckles are dragging on the ground, who has a shotgun clamped across the rear window of his pickup, and who is about to take his 14-year old, first cousin into a motel, chances are he is from North Carolina, hmmmm?

Oh yes - and who also has trouble with proper spelling and punctuation.
