Today I had to let my best friend go...he's now flying free, with a piece of my heart.

Godspeed Cowboy. I asked God to keep an eye out for you, because you might get distracted by chasing deer on the way. I told him how you were so good with sheep, but sometimes took the cheap shot just to create a bit fun. I told him he would have no more loyal or loving companion. And that you had Heart. I told him I will miss you so very much. And I do. But I will see you again. That'll do Cowboy, run free.

My two Border Collies, Jake and Red are already there. They were also grand sheepdogs. Jake had such eye he could work em from thirty feet away.
