MUSLIM in Portland plans car bomb: When will we start profiling?

A Somali born MUSLIM attempted to blow up a Christmas tree lighting in Portland with what he thought to be a massive car-bomb. The affidavit speaks of his fascination with jihad, and how he found 9-11 to be awesome and how he wanted all the people, including women and kids, at the Portland tree lighting to leave dead or injured.

And he was not an oppressed person from the 3rd world that was the victim of US policies. He went to high school in Oregon, recieving a good FREE education. AND...he was a student at Oregon State University. So he had the opportunity to live the American immigrant dream, like so many do, but instead he chose jihad.

Is anyone suprised he was Muslim? Of course not. 99% of terror attacks on our soil are done by Muslims, UNLESS you count the far left environmental group ELF who statistically dominate the number of terror attacks, but the left denies they exist, so we are left with that. So basically almost 99.99% of terror attacks are either MUSLIMS or far left environmental whackos.

We as a nation will not survive unless we begin profiling.

The 4th amendment allows "reasonable suspicion" also, as the Supreme Court determined in Terry vs Ohio (which, btw, the TSA is trampling on right now). Religion alone cannot be the determining factor to develop reasonable suspicion. However, just like race, it can indeed be used as one of many parts of an overall picture to develop RS and eventually probable cause.

The current problem is that Islam has a disturbingly growing segment of it's followers turning to mass violence in the name of their religion.
