I wonder how many people got mortgages from Countrywide.

Are all of them considered as guilty of the crimes done by Angelo Mozilo as some wish us to believe Fox news is, just because they got their venture capital from Murdoch and his money?

As for Fox being nothing but "right wing talking points." I think that is just more of the example of the purposely confused blurring of the distinction between reporters and opinionators.

Someone has to fill the vacuum left by the rest of the media that seems to always report favorably on the left's matters, and hatefully when its about the right.

It's called BALANCE.

It's a GOOD thing.

Not being obtuse at all. I just disagree that a personal scandal is the equivalant to a political scandal that drives a sitting President from office when the person involved is a not a public official.

Where did someone state or portray it as a political scandal?

Can you pin-point the post/posts?

When they associated it with watergate.

I must have missed where anyone elected Rupert Murdoch to political office.

Thats the thing...he was never elected, but he RUNS the gop and right wing talking points.
