Indiana teen to appear in court as funeral arranged for pregnant cheerleader he is accused of brutally killing

The Indiana high school football player accused of plunging a knife through the heart of a 17-year-old pregnant cheerleader – killing her and the unborn baby he'd reportedly fathered – is gearing up Tuesday to make his first court appearance.

Aaron Trejo, 16, is scheduled to appear at the St. Joseph County Superior Court at 1 p.m. local time after being charged with murder and feticide in the death of Breana Rouhselang, whose body was found stuffed in a restaurant dumpster this past weekend in Mishawaka, a city about 80 miles east of Chicago.

He has admitted the crimes against humanity that he committed. Death penalty case!

What is it with toxic masculinity and males thinking they can force themselves on girls/women, and kill them if they don't get their way?

Ever watch that show "Deadly Women" on ID?

Some scary bitches in this world.

|He must have gotten his way. He knocked her up.

Article doesn't say a thing about him forcing her either.

Some folks just read things the way they think it happened.

It's not going to happen. In the case of Roper v. Simmons 543 U.S. 551 (2005) the United States Supreme Court ruled it is unconstitutional to execute such youthful offenders.

“The Court held that Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments forbid imposition of the death penalty on offenders who were under the age of 18 when their crimes were committed.”
