Mueller Indicts 13 Russian Nationals For Election Meddling

"If there’s one thing Special Counsel Robert Mueller is exceedingly good at it is indicting Russians over whom he has zero jurisdiction. Mueller had previously indicted 13 Russian individuals and companies, and Friday he added 12 more to the list.

It’s a neat little trick – bring charges against people you’ll never get in court, therefore you’ll never have to prove them. This allows Mueller and his team to say they’re “doing something,” that the American people are getting something for the millions his investigation has cost us, while not having to actually prove anything."

The indictment comes from a grand jury.
Apparently, you need grand jury 101 lesson.
/——/ There is no Grand Jury involved in the Muller indictment. Where did you get that from?
New York Times: WASHINGTON — The special counsel investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election issued an indictment of 12 Russian intelligence officers on Friday in the hacking of the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton presidential campaign. The indictment came only three days before President Trump was planning to meet with President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia in Helsinki, Finland.
Indictments always originate from the grand jury. Its standard operating procedure. Read the story. It says grand jury "lodged" the indictments, and Mueller "obtained" them.

If the special counsel were able to unilaterally issue indictments, we'd be in serious shit due to total breakdown of law & order.
/----/ Well thank you. That's all I asked for. And when you read the article you'll see this tidbit:
The indictment does not accuse any American citizen of committing a crime, nor does it allege that that the conspiracy either "altered the vote count or changed any election result."

These are not the final indictments. This round of indictments appear to point to Roger Stone as unnamed person. And charges are possible.

For altered vote count or changed election result, that was covered in indictments back in February.

Memo to the President Ahead of Monday’s Summit
Memo to the President Ahead of Monday's Summit

"At the time of that Memorandum we wrote:

“Forensic studies of “Russian hacking” into Democratic National Committee computers last year reveal that on July 5, 2016, data was leaked (not hacked) by a person with physical access to DNC computer. After examining metadata from the “Guccifer 2.0” July 5, 2016 intrusion into the DNC server, independent cyber investigators have concluded that an insider copied DNC data onto an external storage device.

Key among the findings of the independent forensic investigations is the conclusion that the DNC data was copied onto a storage device at a speed that far exceeds an Internet capability for a remote hack.”

“We do not know who or what the murky Guccifer 2.0 is. You may wish to ask the FBI,” we wrote. However, we now have forensic evidence that shows the data provided by Guccifer 2.0 had been manipulated and is a fabrication.

We also discussed CIA’s cyber-tool “Marble Framework,” which can hack into computers, “obfuscate” who hacked, and leave behind incriminating, tell-tale signs in Russian; and we noted that this capability had been employed during 2016. As we pointed out, Putin himself made an unmistakable reference to this “obfuscating” tool during an interview with Megan Kelly. . . "

<snip>

"Marbled

“Scarcely imaginable digital tools – that can take control of your car and make it race over 100 mph, for example, or can enable remote spying through a TV – were described and duly reported in the New York Times and other media throughout March. But the Vault 7, part 3 release on March 31 that exposed the “Marble Framework” program apparently was judged too delicate to qualify as ‘news fit to print’ and was kept out of the Times at the time, and has never been mentioned since.

“The Washington Post’s Ellen Nakashima, it seems, ‘did not get the memo’ in time. Her March 31 article bore the catching (and accurate) headline: ‘WikiLeaks’ latest release of CIA cyber-tools could blow the cover on agency hacking operations.’

“The WikiLeaks release indicated that Marble was designed for flexible and easy-to-use ‘obfuscation,’ and that Marble source code includes a “de-obfuscator” to reverse CIA text obfuscation.

“More important, the CIA reportedly used Marble during 2016. In her Washington Post report, Nakashima left that out, but did include another significant point made by WikiLeaks; namely, that the obfuscation tool could be used to conduct a ‘forensic attribution double game’ or false-flag operation because it included test samples in Chinese, Russian, Korean, Arabic and Farsi.”

A few weeks later William Binney, a former NSA technical director, and Ray McGovern commented on Vault 7 Marble, and were able to get a shortened op-ed version published in The Baltimore Sun.

The CIA’s reaction to the WikiLeaks disclosure of the Marble Framework tool was neuralgic. Then Director Mike Pompeo lashed out two weeks later, calling Assange and his associates “demons,” and insisting; “It’s time to call out WikiLeaks for what it really is, a non-state hostile intelligence service, often abetted by state actors like Russia.”

Our July 24 Memorandum continued: “Mr. President, we do not know if CIA’s Marble Framework, or tools like it, played some kind of role in the campaign to blame Russia for hacking the DNC. Nor do we know how candid the denizens of CIA’s Digital Innovation Directorate have been with you and with Director Pompeo. These are areas that might profit from early White House review. [ President Trump then directed Pompeo to invite Binney, one of the authors of the July 24, 2017 VIPS Memorandum to the President, to discuss all this. Binney and Pompeo spent an hour together at CIA Headquarters on October 24, 2017, during which Binney briefed Pompeo with his customary straightforwardness. ]

“We also do not know if you have discussed cyber issues in any detail with President Putin. In his interview with NBC’s Megyn Kelly he seemed quite willing – perhaps even eager – to address issues related to the kind of cyber tools revealed in the Vault 7 disclosures, if only to indicate he has been briefed on them. Putin pointed out that today’s technology enables hacking to be ‘masked and camouflaged to an extent that no one can understand the origin’ [of the hack] … And, vice versa, it is possible to set up any entity or any individual that everyone will think that they are the exact source of that attack.

“‘Hackers may be anywhere,’ he said. ‘There may be hackers, by the way, in the United States who very craftily and professionally passed the buck to Russia. Can’t you imagine such a scenario? … I can.’ . . . . "

BUSTED!!!!!!!

And that above is exactly why Mueller and his band of partisan idiots need to be fired.

So, in other words, Mueller and his band of idiots have spent uncounted millions of our tax dollars making themselves filthy rich to in the end tell us after the fact what we already long knew, that the Ruskies are still screwing with us as they have for a hundred years to indict a bunch of people we'll never bring to justice nor prosecute anyway because they are far outside the reach of our law?

Meantime, 10,000 accusations by the Left against Trump repeated ad nauseum are again proven baseless and empty forever showing the Pecker-head Leftards as Supreme Flaming Childish Assholes with one hand on their dicks and the other shoved up their own asses in eternal physical and mental masturbation.

Since the Mueller indictments, there haven't been reports of russan interference in the 2018 midterms.

Yeah this kangaroo court was set up on false pretenses in the first place in yet another vain attempt to usurp an American President duly elected by We The People. Never forget that! Trump is President of the Geographic United States. He is NOT the President of SF, LA & NY.

/——/ Only because the democRATs took the House. No need for the Russian excuse.

Utterly false.

'Information warfare:' Feds charge Russian woman with interference in US political system, midterms

Of course the REAL: corrupting of our elections is done by democrats, every last time.

According to multiple sources and witnesses, Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes and employees are engaging in mass voter fraud in multiple forms. While People’s Pundit Daily has uncovered instances of election fraud in other counties around the state–including Pasco and Lee–Broward is large enough that it could potentially swing the state.

It has been widely reported that black turnout in the state–and in other battleground states such as North Carolina and Ohio–is way down from 2012 levels. In the past few days, the Clinton campaign and their Democratic surrogates have been touting “a surge” in turnout among black voters in Broward County, which is overseen by Snipes.

But according to our multiple sources, there has been no real improvement in enthusiasm on the ground, but rather bold voter fraud schemes carried out by employees at the Supervisor of Elections. The election fraud scheme is mutli-pronged and includes destroying ballots selectively and what is traditionally known as ballot-stuffing, or filling in absentee ballots.}

First the Left has tried to usurp the White House against the will of the people, more recently the Supreme Court by trying to falsely destroy Kavanaugh. Having failed on both accounts, their next target will be the House.
