Mueller's entire investigation was based off of wishful-thinking.

Be that as it may, he'll submit a report - just not when the leakers hoped.

You see.....AG Barr said Mueller could submit a report....but it will be sealed. Then the AG, Mueller's new boss, will submit a report in his own words, not Muellers'.
This is meant to keep Mueller from trashing the President without any evidence.
If Mueller's report is leaked to the press Mueller's balls will be in a sling......so Mueller isn't going to submit anything...

We're talking about different things. Mueller is required by law to submit a report to the AG. I never said Mueller would release a report publicly, that's up to the AG, and perhaps other actors, as well. Mueller has been virtually leak-free. Your thread title is bullshit.
