Washington D.C. – In my opinion, right underneath our lawmaker’s noses child prostitution abounds.

One of the stories in the article was about a young 14 year-old Maryland girl who testified in court about her pimp. The pimps name was “Sniper” aka Juarez-Santamaria and he was sentenced to 30 years in prison by a judge last month. It’s hard to imagine that were talking about 11, 12, 13, 14 year old girls.

The girl ran away from home when she was 11 to be with a boyfriend who quickly deserted her. She then had to live on the streets and she ran out of money and had no food.

One night she ended up at a Halloween party hosted by the MS-13 gang. They love to party with ill-gotten gains. Little did the 11 year old girl know, she was about to become one of those ill-gotten gains.

It was at the party that she met “Sniper” aka Juarez-Santamaria. He took her in and gave her a place to stay for the night. The next day he cleaned her up and gave her new clothes and said, “We’re going to work.” Of course the kid didn’t know what he was talking about but she found out real quick when she was handed a box of condoms and “She was having sex with at least four men on a dirty mattress in an auto repair shop.”

This is what her life would be like until she was rescued in a raid by the FBI. “For three months, the girl was prostituted almost daily in dingy apartments, motels and even at an auto repair shop. The men paid $40 for 15 minutes of sex.”

The girl worked for food and shelter for months and saw very little of her earnings. “She was one of dozens of prostitutes, many juveniles, being sold for sex in the Washington area by members of Mara Salvatrucha, also known as MS-13.”

The MS-13 motto is, “rape, control, kill.” The gang consists of about half illegal aliens. The pimps have sex with the girls and gang members are privileged to discount prices.

The pimps meet the girls at schools, parties, through friends, school dances, parks. They control the girls with drugs and alcohol and threats of death. The pimps set up fake businesses like a Tow Truck Company and when the calls come in they take the girls to the clients. The MS-13 gangs are still going strong today pimping out America’s children.

FBI — MS-13 Associate Sentenced to 292 Months for Sex Trafficking Teenage Runaway Girls

U.S. Attorney’s Office November 04, 2011
  • Eastern District of Virginia(703) 299-3700
ALEXANDRIA, VA—Alonso Bruno Cornejo Ormeno, a/k/a “Casper,” 22, of Fairfax, Va., was sentenced to 292 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for sex trafficking runaway females as part of his juvenile prostitution business that serviced clients throughout northern Virginia, as well as Washington, D.C., and Maryland. This is one of five gang-related juvenile sex trafficking cases brought within the past year.

Neil H. MacBride, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, and James W. McJunkin, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office, made the announcement after sentencing by United States District Judge Liam O’Grady.

“Gang members prey on vulnerable young runaway girls and drag them into the horrific world of juvenile prostitution,” said U.S. Attorney MacBride. “Sex trafficking is an unconscionable crime that reduces young women to indentured sex slaves and may subject them to a lifetime of traumatic memories.”

“Trafficking in humans, especially for underage prostitution, is a despicable offense,” said Assistant Director in Charge McJunkin. “Preying on our children will not be tolerated and these cases represent a concerted effort by the FBI and law enforcement to stop juvenile prostitution and human trafficking in Northern Virginia.”

According to court documents, Cornejo Ormeno, a Peruvian born U.S. citizen, is a close associate of MS-13 who targeted multiple teenage girls who had run away from home and recruited them to work in his juvenile prostitution business. The girls, whose ages ranged from 15 to 17, were in need of shelter and a way to support themselves, and Cornejo Ormeno preyed upon these vulnerabilities and promised them money and narcotics by prostituting themselves to earn what they needed to stay on the run.

Cornejo Ormeno managed all aspects of his prostitution ring: He recruited the young, vulnerable girls to serve as prostitutes, obtained clients, scheduled the prostitution appointments, collected the money that was paid for sexual intercourse, transported the juvenile females to the prostitution appointments, and instructed the juveniles how to engage in sexual intercourse with the paying customers. Cornejo Ormeno prostituted each of the juveniles on numerous occasions, including providing them to members of MS-13 for sexual intercourse free of charge.

In addition to Cornejo Ormeno, four other gang-related sex trafficking cases have been brought this past year, including the following:
  • U.S. v. Jose Ciro Juarez Santamaria, an MS-13 member, was sentenced to life in prison on Oct. 28, 2011, for prostituting a 12-year-old female runaway. Juarez-Santamaria met the child runaway at a Halloween party in 2009, and the victim asked for his help in finding a place to stay. Instead, the very next day, Juarez-Santamaria began prostituting the victim throughout the metro-D.C. area.
  • U.S. v. Alexander Rivas, an MS-13 member, was sentenced to 10 years in prison on Aug. 17, 2011, for recruiting juvenile runaways to serve as prostitutes. On a given Friday or Saturday night, he would have approximately 100 clients lined up for his prostitution service. The majority of the prostitution activity took place throughout Northern Virginia, including in Woodbridge, Fairfax, and Alexandria.
  • U.S. v. Rances Ulices Amaya, an MS-13 member, was arrested on Oct. 25, 2011, for assisting another MS-13 member in running a juvenile prostitution business. He recruited clients and provided security at the appointments, which included carrying a machete. Amaya is accused of threatening the juveniles—who were runaways—and physically assaulted them if they did not want to have sex with the clients. He also had sex with the juveniles for free, sometimes with more than one on the same day.
  • U.S. v. Ramiro Espinoza Jamaica, a SUR-13 member, was charged on Oct. 4, 2011, for taking in a runaway juvenile girl and offering her to Hispanic men for $100 for 15 minutes of sex. He remains in custody in Prince William County on drug charges.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with assistance from the Fairfax County Gang Unit and the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force. Assistant United States Attorneys Zachary Terwilliger and Rebeca H. Bellows prosecuted the case on behalf of the United States.

Founded in 2004, the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force is a collaboration of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies—along with nongovernmental organizations—dedicated to combating human trafficking and related crimes.

MS-13 Gang Member Sentenced to Life in Prison for Sex Trafficking a Child

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
October 28, 2011

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Jose Ciro Juarez-Santamaria, 24, an illegal alien from El Salvador, was sentenced today to life in prison for prostituting a 12-year-old female to clients throughout northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Neil H. MacBride, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, and John P. Torres, Special Agent in Charge for ICE’s, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in Washington, D.C., made the announcement after sentencing by United States District Judge Liam O’Grady.

Juarez-Santamaria was convicted by a federal jury on July 28, 2011, for conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation of a minor for prostitution.
“This depraved MS-13 member preyed on one of society’s most vulnerable victims – a 12-year-old girl,” said U.S. Attorney MacBride. “He plied this child with liquor and marijuana to coerce her to have sex multiple times with multiple men, including fellow MS-13 members, sometimes involving simultaneous sex acts with several customers. With today’s sentence Mr. Juarez-Santamaria will spend the rest of his life behind bars, while his child victim will spend the rest of her life working through the pain he inflicted. Through aggressive efforts by the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force, we’re working together to fight this reprehensible form of exploitation.”

“The callous, self-serving actions of Mr. Juarez-Santamaria and his MS-13 accomplices will have long-lasting consequences for the young victim in this case,” said ICE HSI SAC Torres. “The sentence handed down today reflects the resolve of ICE HSI and the law enforcement community to remain united in their efforts at protecting the people of the D.C. metro area from criminal activity perpetrated by transnational gangs.”

According to court records and evidence at trial, Juarez-Santamaria was an illegal alien who had joined MS-13 while in El Salvador. He was a member of the Pinos Locos clique of MS-13 and known by the gang as “Sniper.” At a Halloween party in Oxon Hill, Md., on Oct. 31, 2009, Juarez-Santamaria met a 12-year-old runaway who asked for his help in finding a place to stay. Instead, the very next day, Juarez-Santamaria began prostituting the victim throughout the metro-D.C. area.

The testimony at trial showed that Juarez-Santamaria and his fellow gang members constantly called customers in an effort to increase business. The victim was prostituted from October to December 2009 and was providing sex for money every day of the week. To keep the victim compliant, Juarez-Santamaria and others would supply her with alcohol and marijuana.

The prostitution took place at various businesses, homes, apartments, and hotels in the Northern Virginia area. Juarez-Santamaria also admitted to having sex with the victim and allowed MS-13 gang members to have sex with her free of charge.

Evidence at trial showed that Juarez-Santamaria generally charged $40 for 15 minutes of sex, but he would sometimes charge more depending on what the customer wanted. At times, he would take the victim to a location where customers would be lined up waiting for her.

This case was investigated by the Transnational Gang Group of ICE, with assistance from the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force. Assistant United States Attorney Patricia T. Giles and Special Assistant United States Attorney Michael J. Frank prosecuted the case on behalf of the United States.

Founded in 2004, the Northern Virginia Human Trafficking Task Force is a collaboration of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies – along with nongovernmental organizations – dedicated to combating human trafficking and related crimes.

I think the United States interests would be better served if our military was HERE fighting these gangs like MS-13, the Bloods, the Cryps, etc., than in some damn waste land thousands of miles away over seas killing rag heads.

I find it interesting that the news stories to the public didn't include the FACT that pimp was an illegal alien. The information was available to the media and the newpaper writers before they wrote their stories. This is just another example of how the News Media is covering up the illegal aliens crimes in the United States of America! (Yeah, keep the sheep blind folded that way it's easier to take them to slaughter!)

Attention: Media

The American people have a right to know if any crime was committed by an illegal alien and we demand to know! "We're paying the cost to be the Boss!" Don't hide crimes of illegal aliens! Spill the beans!!!!!!

The mainstream media is a left-wing, liberal, bleeding hearts organization. Don't expect anything more from them.

I my opinion, It wouldn’t surprise me if our politicians had sex with these under aged girls provided to them by the "illegal aliens lobbyists."

How are you going to over come the Constitutional prohibitions on America military being used for law enforcement like that?

When Hispanics take over America they will throw ot the Constitution anyways

Put the U.S. military on the Mexican side of the border.

We can work a deal out with Mexico their government loves our money and will do anything to keep it coming. We already have enforcement in Mexico training the Mexicans and helping with investigations.

What we need to do is put the U.S. military on the Mexican side of the border. Along the entire Mexican side of the border to control the drug cartel violence and to keep them from bringing drugs over the border and stop the illegal alien border crossers.

The U.S. military could be trained to be border patrol agents once they return from the Middle East and other places. Those trained agents can work the United States side of the border.

When we have enough trained Border Patrol agents then we can bring the troops back from Mexico to either go into civilian life or become Border Patrol Enforcement.

The Posse Comitatus Act is the United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1385) that was passed on June 18, 1878, after the end of Reconstruction. Its intent (in concert with the Insurrection Act of 1807) was to limit the powers of local governments and law enforcement agencies from using federal military personnel to enforce the laws of the land. Contrary to popular belief, the Act does not prohibit members of the Army from exercising state law enforcement, police, or peace officer powers that maintain "law and order"; it simply requires that any orders to do so must originate with the United States Constitution or Act of Congress.
The statute only directly addresses the US Army (and is understood to equally apply to the US Air Force as a "derivative" of the US Army). It does not refer to, and thus does not implicitly apply to nor restrict units of the National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States. The Navy and Marine Corps are prohibited by a Department of Defense directive, (self-regulation,) not by the Act itself.[1][2] Although it is a military force,[3] the U.S. Coast Guard, which now operates under the Department of Homeland Security, is also not covered by the Posse Comitatus Act.
As of December 3 2011, the Posse Comitatus Act is under threat of repeal from the National Defense Authorization Act.[4]

Liberals only care when it's a more high profile thing, darling group on darling group crime. If Hispanics started gay bashing on a regular basis, liberals might start to actually care, or will at least not ignore it so much.
