Isn't it amazing the things we humans have in common with our primate cousins, with whom we share considerable genetic material. The ape like ancestor from which we all descended is a true wonder, as is evolution, which allowed, by happy mutation, for us to develop far beyond our cousins in some ways, and to maintain stasis in others.

Anthropologists show both our worst, the aggressive murderous warmaking from the chimps' character, fratricide, theft, and general foulness (it wasn't so long ago that a very ill adult chimp on the wrong dose of the an inappropriate medication tried to kill a human, and succeeded in destroying her face,) so that part of them is present in humans, and and others of the Great Apes live mostly very peacefully in cooperative groups, caring for group members, sharing food, caring for and teaching children of the group, some even know that certain plants help certain ills, and then there are bonobos, whose answer for everything is sex and sex play...

It is not surprising that we humans may have a facial expression or seven in common with our cousins, the apes, and not surprising that some of us cannot do anything but follow murderous aggression, and others are about caring within their group....

DUH-bya is like his chimp cousins, and fortunately for us, Mrs. Obama's genes seem to have subordinated the ugly behaviors in favor of the helping and cooperating ones.

For any that just don't get it, a good course in physical anthropology is in order.

The truth is that some are more evolved, some just cannot help throwback behavior. Duh-bya was a throwback....

As for the race issue, I guess there are just some white people out there that just will never get over their shattered illusions, white people are just not "all that," there are a whole sprectrum of other "races" within the human race that can have people who are smarter, more competent, better looking, more accomplished, and so on. Sorry, white folks, y'all just don't own the world anymore! Get over it and move the fuck on!
