Mr. President,it's not the Taxpayers' fault you guys spent us $15 Trillion into Debt. Punishing the Taxpayer just isn't the answer Sir. And blaming those "Evil Rich People" isn't gonna cut it either. That's just more of your old Community Organizer Divide & Conquer stuff. That will not solve our massive Debt problem. How could you guys spend $15 Trillion more than you took in? And how is that the Taxpayers' fault? The Taxpayers have done their part but you in the Government have not done yours. It's not acceptable to blame & punish Taxpayers for your incompetence.

And why should we give you more Tax Dollars? Why should we trust you with more money? You have not earned our trust Sir. So please drop your Community Organizer Class Warfare stuff and get real. We don't have a Taxpayer Problem. We have a Government Problem. Please start being honest Sir. This $15 Trillion Debt is on you. It's not on us. Now quit all the Community Organizer tricks and get to work fixing it. Thank you.

The Government spends $15 Trillion more than they took in,yet it's all the Taxpayers' fault. Go figure? Yikes!

Maybe he could stop bombing Libya? I'm sure we could save a few Bucks there no? Typical Socialists/Progressives...They spend us into Hell and then demand more Tax Dollars. Why should we give them more Tax Dollars? Haven't they done enough damage?

For every dollar raise in taxes they should have to cut two dollars from the budget and use the surplus to pay down the debt. Then I would be for tax increases. Other than that forget it.

The only problem is raising taxes isn't going to increase revenues in the long run. Quite the opposite.

If you say it a 4th time, maybe they'l understand.

That's actually a pretty logical idea. They should have to account for every dollar spent. And it should be off-set by a cut somewhere. I just don't understand how they can demand more Tax Dollars after spending $15 Trillion more than they took in. Why should the People trust them? Seems pretty absurd to me. Thanks for your reply.

Not addressing government waste and fraud while stating you need more tax revenue is disingenuous, irresponsible and obtuse.
It is simply insanity to increase the cash flow to an entity that wastes/gives away and knowingly participates in fraud and allows itself to be the "victim" of fraud with impunity.

This President is a walking disaster. It took him 3 months to overspend $2 trillion, but he wants to take 12 years to save $4 trillion.

The rich will go elsewhere, invest elsewhere...and the private sector will continue to shrink.

The takers will expand over producers.

The Takers are already beginning to out-number the producers. Look at the massive Food Stamp Program for example. That's only one example though. So what happens when the Takers out-number the producers?...You become a Third World Banana Republic. Looks like that's where we're heading. It's very sad.

And waht's sadder is that the EU has been on the same path...they are backtracking. The Statists aren't heeding their example, nor do I think that they care.

Friggin Socialists/Progressives. They spend us into a $15 Trillion Debt Hell and then demand more Tax Dollars. Why would anyone want to send them more of their hard-earned money? No one with any common sense trusts them at his point. They need to prove they can cut spending and balance a Budget before they demand any more Tax Dollars. That's the way it should be.

The Big 0 has already put his daggar throught the heart of the economy. There's not much he can do that could hurt it worse.

Good point. Thanks.

IMHO the 1990s were the best example of tax rates and spending limits. Recall we actually had a surplus and were paying down the Debt, until the dopes cut taxes and started more entitlements.
You simply can't tax the lower 50% of incomes when the top 5% own 90% of everything. Let the well off pay a little more. Their standard of living won't suffer.

How much of that one dollar difference will be eaten up by the interest rate???

Because they buy of the DC whores. Look at GE, pay $39m in bribes and ZERO tax dollars. Look at big oil, same bullshit. Big money calls the shots, its one gang of billionaires against the others, and the rest of us get hosed.

The Taxpayers sent in their money as required by Law. They have no control over how the Government spends it. The Government needs to tell us how & why they spent $15 Trillion more than they took in. The Taxpayer should not be punished for the Government's shocking incompetence. This is a problem with Government. Scapegoating Taxpayers is just plain wrong. The blame for this awful mess falls 100% on the Government. Time for them to accept responsibility and fix it.
