If you are referencing Body Heat, I can't say when it was made, but I had rented it in the 90's, then rented it AGAIN..lol and then had to own it. It is one of my 5 all-time fave films. I think it the perfect movie with all essential elements: great plot with mystery and suspense, sex, murder, and a great twist at the end. Really good actors with great bodies. Very steamy. Love it still.

The most overated skin flick I've ever had the displeasure of watching was Island Fever 1, 2 and 3. The critics (perverts) awarded it a record-breaking plethora of adult industry awards but I thought it was pants. Call me old fashioned, but when I watch porn, I like to hear every grunt, gasp and moan. Not have the natural soundtrack sounded-out by bongos and panpipes.

I don't like fake breast or choking either.

Oh, and seeing as we're on the subject.
