"Austrians" didn't "produce such a monster" any more than Americans "produced" Jeffrey Dahmer or the Klan. They all produced themselves.

This fails as a Composition Fallacy. Hitler was fucked up for a lot of reasons but none of them is "being born in Austria". National populations aren't freaking factories.
