Well black market bypasses of sanctions are expensive....and if Russia wasn't waging an expansionist war PRC wouldn't be taking advantage of Russia this way.

A friend of mine asked me about China and Russia starting to become chummy. I told him it was mainly because of Putin's crappy decisions in Ukraine, and the fact that they had lost a substantial part of their military, and China is looking to expand in the world, that is why they are becoming friendly towards one another. Too bad Putin doesn't see that he's gonna end up being China's bitch before long.
