Mormons and non-Mormons should regard Businessweek story as harbinger of salvation

well it made relatively little sense except for crying about how they were treated by the US govt. If you were non Mormon and you went through UtAh there was a very good chance that a Mormon militiaman or the Indian allies they had would kill you.

That doesn't really explain how all the non-mormons lived there without any trouble.

Countless immigrants went through the Salt Lake Valley heading to California. Most made it through with the assistance of the Saints.

Completely irrelevant to the article though.
