Americans cannot travel to Cuba for purposes of tourism, dummy.

True but the blockade has no legality outside the US. Anyone else can go to Cuba. Israel's blockade has no legality outside Israel.

Yet not everyone can go to Gaza.

Interesting, isn't it?

Not everyone can leave Gaza, either. At least, not without permission from their fascist regime. And, be sure not to get caught laughing in public if you're a woman, which can result in acid being thrown in your face.

I know, yet somehow, it is Israel's fault because they do not roll over and die. If Israel did not exist the Palestinians still would not have a homeland, it would have been carved up by Egypt, Syria, and Jordan for their own ends. Those countries don't care about Palestine, they just hate Israel.

You mean to say that had Israel been defeated, the Arabs would not have returned the land to the Jews, as Jews are required to do with Arabs, and would not have given the land to their beloved Palestinians for a homeland? I'm shocked--SHOCKED!

Oh, that's right, Jordan seized and occupied the West Bank in 1948 as did Egypt with Gaza.

The Arabs don't give a shit about the Pallies, after all. Gotcha.

Israel's borders with Egypt and Jordan have now been formally recognised as part of the peace treaties with those countries, and with Lebanon as part of the 1949 Armistice Agreement. The borders with Syria and the Palestinian territories are still in dispute and subject to final status agreements.

Jose, shouldn't you be studying your spelling?

Israel's borders were established by the League of Nations, which extend from the Jordan River to the Med. Sea.

Is your shitty country of Spain out of bankruptcy, yet, Jose?

You're a pendejo.

Israel was long gone from Gaza when Hamas came to power, dummy.

Everyone but the liars in Israel say that Gaza is still occupied.

Gaza is not a sovereign Arab state and, thus, cannot be occupied, dummy.
Gaza is under Hamas rule, not Israeli rule, dummy.

Gaza is in a declared state of war with Israel and, thus, Israel's blockade is a lawful response.

Try to remember, dummy.

The exact number of countries recognizing the State of Palestine is unknown, due to the equivocal nature of many official statements of acknowledgment.[153]. Many countries have a standing policy against making formal declarations that recognize new governments instead indicating their recognition of a state by doing business with its government.[105] Francis Boyle, legal advisor to the PLO, assisted the organization in drafting the 1988 Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Palestine. At that time, the United States was using its Foreign Assistance Act and other measures to discourage other countries and international organizations from extending recognition.[154] According to one author, by 1988, more than 100 countries had recognized Palestine.[155] Boyle reported in 1990 that the number was 114 states.[95] In 2005, Anat Kurz reported that 117 United Nations member states had formally recognised the state of Palestine as a sovereign state.[156]

After the election victory of Hamas, some governments took steps to oppose countries that supported the new Palestinian authorities, and once again imposed economic and other sanctions.[158][159] The Palestinian National Authority publicly acknowledged the recognition of 94 other states.[160] Since then, other states have publicly extended recognition[89] and Boyle has reported in 2009 that about 130 countries recognize the State of Palestine.[161]
