More transparency from the most transparent administration in history.

The Justice Department has proposed the change as part of a large revision of FOIA rules for federal agencies. Specifically, the rule would direct government agencies who are denying a request under an established FOIA exemption to “respond to the request as if the excluded records did not exist,” rather than citing the relevant exemption.

So...the DoJ wants to be able to deny FOIA requests without explaining why, and additionally they want to lie about it.

If this were to be proposed under Bush, the libtards would all have aneurisms over it.

I hope that if we can get some true conservatives in numbers in the house, senate and white house, that policies will be written to prevent this type of fascism in the future. Somehow, it's just wishful thinking. And how convenient it is for them to do this when they are about to get slammed for fast and furious. These people need impeached and replaced.

GUys guys guys......calm down. Remember, if a cool, charismatic black liberal suggests this, it's ok. Just trust him. If you look out for him, he'll look out for us. Just trust that he has the right intent, mmmmkay?

It's not going to help...whomever is replaced by anyone in Washington will eventually become another person we'd all like to replace.

Politicians who call themselves conservatives won't make one bit of difference...and the tender notion that they will.....is simply the GOP's take on hope and change
