More than 500 legal scholars agree that Trump has committed impeachable offenses

Wow!

500 crazy liberal ā€˜legal scholarsā€™?

What a surprise they would come to that conclusion huh?
Why are they automatically liberal? Lol. If you donā€™t trust them, who do you trust exactly? The GOP? RW media?

I trust what I see.

Thatā€™s your side in complete desperation mode.

Very obvious.
Um no you have no formal legal knowledge whatsoever.
People that type the expression "Um" are liars.
"Um" Shoot me, mikey. Beotch!

ā€œThere is overwhelming evidence that President Trump betrayed his oath of office by seeking to use presidential power to pressure a foreign government to help him distort an American election, for his personal and political benefit, at the direct expense of national security interests as determined by Congress,ā€

ā€œThere is overwhelming evidence that President Trump fulfilled his oath of office by seeking to use presidential power to pressure a foreign government to help him investigate a corrupt candidate running in an American election, for the benefit of the American people, and for the direct purpose of national security interests as determined by Congress, the U.S. Constitution, and our anti-corruption treaty with Ukraine...ā€

I fixed that for you.

You're welcome.

Of course, republican voters only trust what Fox News is the GOP is telling them. They canā€™t handle any sort of cognitive dissonance. Their pre-conceived notions are too delicate.
/----/ "IF" I asked leading questions from people who never met you, were not with you today and they all said they heard from someone else you robbed the 7-11 this morning
and I asked 500 legal authorities IF what they said was true, would you be guilty of a crime. they would say yes. Would you turn yourself into the police although you didn't commit the crime?

Yeah, I'm sure one of them are in this picture.

And yet still no proof. Just more emotional rambling.

Impeachment is a purely political process. Proof is not necessary.

You'll claim differently when the Americans in the Senate dismisses the farce, Chiang. Then you'll shriek about how it was a miscarriage of justice...

Not at all. I think the Dems are wrong to be pushing it now, I have said that from the day that Trump was elected and they started talking about it. I have said multiple times on this forum that him being impeached would do irreparable harm to this country.

You know nothing about me other than the fact that I do not worship Trump like you do, and to you that is a cardinal sin and means I am your enemy.

I know you are paid by the Chinese government to post bullshit in hopes of influencing Americans.

Beyond that, don't really give a shit.

The truly sad thing is you actually believe that dumb shit.

There is no such thing, of course, as an offense that is ā€˜notā€™ impeachable.

The House alone has the authority to determine what offense is nor is not impeachable; there is no ā€˜approvedā€™ finite list of offenses that are impeachable the House is required to select from.

The issue, therefore, is not whether an offense is impeachable, but whether the Articles of Impeachment warrant the removal of a president from office ā€“ and thatā€™s determined by the Senate.

How about you just be honest and admit you would say there is no proof regardless of what facts are presented to you?

Out of all the so called "witnesses" there was 1 that actually talked with the president (sonland).

Sonland testified that president Trump said to him "I WANT NOTHING I WANT NOTHING, NO quid pro quo, I want zelinski to do the right thing".

A constitutional expert testified that naming his son "Barron" was an impeachable offense.

Pelosi said (on TV) that president Trump defending himself in court was OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.

Those are the FACTS!

The evidence is already overwhelming for anyone not afflicted with partisan blindness:

The Bad Arguments That Trump Didnā€™t Commit Bribery

"The evidence of President Trumpā€™s conduct available at the time we wroteā€”primarily the summary transcript of Trumpā€™s call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyā€”indicated that Trumpā€™s conduct certainly fell within the scope of bribery for purposes of the Impeachment Clause. In particular,

"Trump solicited a bribe (help for his own campaign by opening an investigation into his political rival) in connection with his performance of official acts (releasing military aid for Ukraine and scheduling a White House meeting with President Zelensky)"

If Trump doesn't testify at his upcoming Senate trial, will you blame him?

Letā€™s see. Out of the short list there on the page, I searched 5 and I found a contract law specialist, an employee pension specialist , a professor of skills (whatever that is), a tax law specialist and an ethics lawyer. None Constitutional law experts.
That tells me much about that list, if they are the first names listed. Lol
