A pity. He and Richard Matheson and Earl Hamner wrote the best damned TV.

Although the partnership of Oprah and Apple in likelihood won't produce anything that suits my taste, I trust the pairing will come up with quality projects millions will enjoy. I figure to each their own. If I were an Apple stockholder, I wouldn't be disappointed with the news.
