Our surveys indicate that the floes are much thicker and more deformed than reported by most drilling and ship-based measurements of Antarctic sea ice. We suggest that thick ice in the near-coastal and interior pack may be under-represented in existing in situ assessments of Antarctic sea ice and hence, on average, Antarctic sea ice may be thicker than previously thought. http://www.nature.com/ngeo/journal/vaop/ncurrent/full/ngeo2299.html

and?

You fool!

You're supposed to say, "...because of manmade global warming"

Deniers are funny when they latch on to meaningless cherrypicks to deflect from the fact that the data says they're kook cultists. For example, nothing in the link said the ice is getting thicker. Deniers, not being familiar with logic, made an assumption not supported by the data. But that's why they're deniers. People who can use logic correctly don't get sucked into the denier cult.

See the world out there, deniers? It says you're nuts. And it's not because of a vast secret global socialist conspiracy. It's because you're nuts.

You mean the world out there that is, in fact, not warming?

I am sure Buffalo, NY will be glad to hear it is not warming up.

That's weather, not climate. Unless it's a record high temperature somewhere...then it's climate, not weather.
