More factual: documentary movie or court ruling?

I mean really, which is more factual, a documentary movie, or a court decision based on arguments presented from both sides.

I'm astounded to hear someone argue using documentary and "but this person said so" based on actual evidence and arguments presented form both sides. This is the type of irrational, don't care about facts bullshit that is so prevalent in the world. People who either can't, or refuse to see that what they want to believe is no supported with facts and evidence. ANd can't see a clearly biased, piece of shit article on a website from one that just presents the facts.
