When an operation is run there are always transcripts, and it is these FBI recordings and transcripts of the operation against Papadopoulos that are about to be released to the public. According to Gaetz, what these transcripts undeniably prove are:
1. The FBI used western intelligence agencies / members to SET UP / SPY ON George Papadopoulos.
2. Unaware of his being in the middle of an FBI-Western Intel operation, Papadopoulos told the under-cover agent(s) there was NO illegal Conspiracy between Trump and the Russians (which has been proven to be the case).
Both former FBI Director James Comey and current FBI Director Wray have both expressed their opinion that secret electronic surveillance of an American citizen who does not know it is happening is NOT 'SPYING'.
"Secret unreleased transcripts involving former Trump aide George Papadopoulos reveal that he denied there was an illegal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia and that intelligence officials did not present that information to the FISA court."
"There was western intelligence sent to spy on Papadopoulos and there's a recording and transcript of the conversation. And there, Papadopoulos denies any illegal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia."

The biggest news in this whole incident, which the recordings and transcripts will reveal is that the FBI had both evidence:
1. AGAINST Papadopoulos they used to indict him for lying to the FBI (the fact that he attended the meeting / was there but lied about it)
2. IN FAVOR OF Papadopoulos in the fact that their set-up / 'sting' showed Papadopoulos denied the false narrative about Trump illegally colluding with the Russians.
The FISA Court Abuse stemming from this entire FBI-Western Intelligence operation against Papadopoulos?
The FBI presented only 1 side of the story to the FISA Court - THEY INTENTIONALLY LEFT OUT THE FACT THAT THEY LEARNED FROM PAPADOPOULOS THAT THERE WAS NO TRUMP ILLEGAL COLLUSION WITH THE RUSSIANS.
OMISSION of facts when presenting a warrant request to the FISA Court is JUST AS ILLEGAL as LYING to the FISA Court. Here are the 3 Biggest proven acts of Omission of Information / Facts perpetrated by the DOJ, NSA/NIA, CIA, and FBI:

They withheld the FACT they KNEW the Dossier was 'UNRELIABLE'.
3. The DOJ and FBI withheld from the FISA Court that the Dossier was POLITICAL OPPOSITION RESEARCH PAID FOR BY OPPOSING DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE HILLARY CLINTON.
