What a great decision by the judge. It was the right decision. Morality wins!

If it is the refusal to PRINT A MESSAGE ON A BOARD, then yes they can do that.

But if they make a certain type of message board or cake for a group of people, and then they don't serve that same type of product to another group of people based on their sexual orientation, that is discrimination.

See the difference? Doubt it.

What if from now on...when the militant homos try to get something. ....the shop owner just exercises his 5th amendment right to remain silent.

Just stare into the distance and remain silent. Do nothing. Just turn statue haha!

You didnt deny them....you just....stopped functioning.

If they charge you....say...."I fully planned to fill their order. I was just slow that day."

When judge orders you to serve them...be VEEEEEERY slow. Make them wait...a long time.

As they place their order...go.to the restroom . Repeatedly. Make it take 8 hours to even finish their order.
