I'm just not buying into the fairly tales that some of us want to make of it.

If the people have more say, they tend to be better off. If power is concentrated, well power has a way of doing things - and absolute power? Well, it does it absolutely.


I'd think that if most people had access to the same information about what their government does in their name - the might share more opinions about what sort of government they want.
