"Monopoly" game and Romney

Whenever I’d see Romney, an odd sense of familiarity gnawed at my mind, but I couldn’t identify it. Today it “clicked”. It’s the top-hatted guy on a “Monopoly” game’s “chance” and “community chest” cards!
