If rebels would appear suddenly fighting to topple the two-party regime that rules the US since the beginning, what would you think or do? I know, Americans have many democratic tools in local politics but do they have any say at the federal level?

Define rebels and fighting.

All third parties are rebels.

Rebels could be armed Falconists e.g. who took their guns to seize government facilities.

Looks like an independent might take out Pat Roberts.

Cons will probably vote against Roberts.

Oh, in this poll it isn´t about a proxy war (though you may support a site you favor as third-party).

That's what they all say. :coffee:

This would never happen because the are moderates that implies they are ambivalent and wishy-washy and would not be able to organize. If they are moderates that means they think the status quo is ok unless something major happens to upset them, like economics, or late release of new iPhone.

Go tell that to Sam Brownback.

He's going down in flames because moderate (so called) republicans are joining with democrats to kick him out.

If they are joining with Democrats than they are socialist. Ask Illinois about the Carol Mosley Braun experience.

It depends on what they're fighting for. Just being against the corporatist mainstream isn't enough.

Far right reactonaries are Conservatives, not Republicans. We in the mainstream told you what would happen if you did not toe the line.

Listening in falsetto: oh, the party is being pulled to the right by the defeated TPM candidates.
