Anyone who seriously opposes PPACA should recognize that the presidency is a lost cause. And honestly, from the perspective of someone who wants to see it repealed, or at least countered, Obama is a (slightly) better choice. Romney will make only cosmetic changes to the law and most Republicans in Congress would acquiesce. If Obama is elected they'll have plenty of political incentive to fight him at every turn, and do whatever they can to undermine PPACA.
