Probably the coolest battleground state even if, at this point in the results, we have

U.S. President And Vice President Precincts Reporting 190 of 3533
John McCain, Sarah Palin REP 103,931 56.5%
Barack Obama, Joe Biden DEM 76,975 41.9%

Chuck Baldwin, Darrell Castle CST 659 .4%
Ralph Nader, Matt Gonzalez IND 1,400 .8%
Cynthia McKinney, Rosa Clemente WI 98 .1%

I'm not sure the point of this information?

are you thinking that Missouri is the only state that had all these people on their ballot? FL had it seemed 20 people running for President this year...it was strange

I was never too keen on him...Sarah Steeleman was a far better choice.

Robin Carnahan was done a great job, I'm glad she won re-election.

Looks like the casino thing is going to pass. I voted no on this one. I didn't like the idea of limiting competition among casinos and the money thrown at education was only 1%. it's not like this money ever really fends off the cost of education.

I voted no as well. We can find better ways to pay for education than to take it from habitual gamblers.

Strange isn't it. It's not like they can't check the website just like we do.

Missouri 99.3% of the vote counted.

McCain 1,426,815

Obama 1,426,402

And St. Louis County is still counting.

Looks like Missouri will be blue state this year and continue it's streak as a bellweather state.

Actually, St. Louis county is fully reported. Christian county is the only county with precincts still outstanding. It looks like neither candidate wins Missouri, because neither will break 50%.

It's time Missouri makes up its mind. Both primaries were like this.
