Someone get Tom Cruise on the phone. His next Mission Impossible movie will be as a police chief in St Louis area.

Black leaders are grilling cops for the surge in violent crime! They say hot spot policing fails because it pushes criminals to just another hot spot (but in a month, they'll bitch about cops stopping people and about black criminals getting long jail terms). But...these criminals cant float around town and act violent...IF COPS STOP THEM and judges give them harsh sentences. Which again...these same leaders will protest against next month. Then bitch about a crime surge the month after.

Just nothing to say but Mission Impossible. Its a no win situation. Some parts of our cities are just miniature failed societies. Nothing will fix it.
