Miner's salary

$62,000/year is good living in coal country. Probably not worth the health and danger aspects of the job but there are few other options in the region.

To answer your question, a $50 million revenue coal mine probably has an owner who has spent his life making and losing fortunes with at least one bankruptcy under his belt. Here's a reasonable estimate of wages inside the office of that coal mine. They might not have this formality of titles but you get what I mean, COO is the head operations manager/exec. So, CFO between $110 - $150k with 20 years exp and maybe an MBA, COO $80 - $150 with 20 years exp and maybe an MBA, Controller $50-$80 with BS degree and 10+ years of experience, Your next level will be IT at $60 - $80k, then a handful of folks between $40 - $65 with 10 - 30 years of experience and a mix of college. That's maybe 10 folks in HR, accounting, IT, maintenance. Everyone else is less. Except the miners, they make an average of $62,000.
