Twitter is a private corporation that can control the content posted on their site for what ever reason they desire, so I don't think these guys will have much of a case.

I thank the OP for that information.
I do realize that the First Amendment does not cover private companies.
I hope, however, that the Supreme Court will expand the coverage of the First Amendment to include certain entities such as Twitter.
Freedom of speech In our country is -- in my opinion -- in serious jeopardy.
