If you are on active duty in the military, you have a military ID card. If you are retired military, you have a military ID card. If you are a military dependent, you have a military ID card. If you are a reserve in any branch of the military, you have a military ID card. The point I am making is this. If you are in any way attached to the military, you have a military ID card and you have been well-screened prior to getting that military ID card. Why isn't it possible to use this military ID card at airports to prevent you from having to get the pat down or go through that new porno X-ray screening process? Seems like to me, if you have a military ID card you are not a threat to airline travel. What say you?

Sounds good to me.

I have mixed feelings about the pat down search. If the wife is around, I'm against it. However, if I'm traveling alone, I'm not so against somebody squeezing my balls... BUT only if she's cute... Just saying.

Well screened? How do they screen the children of active duty military before they give them an ID card? For that matter, how do they screen the spouses? Has the military ever refused to issue an ID card because a dependent did not pass this screening, whatever it is?
