It's quite evident. There's no indications he will run, to start with. He is having too much fun and making too much money right now, and most pundits have discounted a possible candidacy already as well, among them Rove and Morris.

And he's smart IMO to stay out this cycle.

Sorry , when I think of sodomy I think of ass sex, not oral. I just wasn't thinking of the cigar episode as sodomy, but I suppose that from a legal standpoint it could be considered to be so.
