I got it, I downloaded a free trial of Office 2010.

Those are both good, but Google Docs is the easiest. No installation, and it is available on all computers with internet access. Your papers never disappear because your computer crashes.

Someone needs a paper and they assume the only way to do it is Microsoft Word.
