    Maybe this will be motivation enough to get some people off there butts and out looking for work. No more free rides for those who don't even bother to try!! Nice job Governor Snyder!

    Not likely.

    Florida has had a 48-month lifetime limit since 1996 when welfare reform was first implemented, this is nothing new.

    ItÂ’s had little, if any, effect.

    Participation in welfare has more to do with the availability of jobs and the state of the economy than punitive measures.
