And it seems incomplete.

The Detroit Free Press and WXYZ-TV report that under the new guidelines, kirpans meeting certain criteria will be allowed for Sikh students.

What "criteria"?

Like I said, I've known plenty of Sikhs. None of them wear real daggers.

The school is wrong. Allowing kids to carry even dulled ceremonial knives when all the others are under zero tolerance isn't a "reasonable accommodation".
