I really think that Michael Jordon used to use Crystal Meth. Maybe on a regular basis being on the verge of addiction.

A vicious slander like this should be based on more than idle speculation.

Anyone quitting a physically demanding sport will tend to gain weight and look a little flabbier.

flabbier? I guess flabbier would be the correct word... :)

He turned out looking like a person who has stopped using.

And what dies a person who stopped using look like? Ex-meth heads certainly don't have teeth like that.

I know meth addicts who have been using on a daily basis for over 15 years who have their full teeth with no bodily signs of decay. You may say impossible, but so did I until I heard their testimony and saw their bodies. But when they did quit, they ended up looking like what Michael Jordon looks like in the picture. Jaundiced and overweight due to antipsychotic medications. Most people who have been using meth for a lengthy time will develop psychotic symptoms after they stop, if they have not already developed the symptoms while they were using. And most people who develop the psychotic symptoms while using end up quitting because of the symptoms' over excessive causes of psychosis. You can't continue the meth use while your mind is going through heavy psychosis. Almost impossible to be high and ranting and raving at the 'voices' and the 'tigers' that are coming out of your television sets.

the people you see that are ranting and raving on the streets due to drug uses are too busy to sit in one place long enough to have any rational thinking.

Jaundiced? His complexion is unnaturally yellow? Really??

He is 53 years old. He retired from being a professional athlete. Gaining weight is expected. If he didn't I might question him doing drugs.

You have absolutely no evidence. You are slandering of the greatest athletes of all time. Sounds like bullshit to me.

I'm just saying he looks like he used to use meth. my opinion... not something I am trying to have people swear under oath in Court as him doing or not doing.

And your opinion is based solely on the fact that a 53 year old retired athlete has gained a little weight. Like I said...

Andre Agassi is one of the tennis world's finest heroes, but some people may view him differently after hearing a startling confession in his memoirs just a few years ago.

He earned the fourth most money in the history of tennis during his pro career and won at least one of every Grand Slam event. He also admitted out of the blue that he was a habitual user of crystal methamphetamine.

Outdated source but... Addicted in Hollywood: Crystal Meth Gaining Popularity Due to Price, Easy Access

Cristie. Ice. Tweak. Chalk. Chicken Feed. They're all street names for the illegal drug crystal methamphetamine. A majority of U.S. counties have reported crystal meth as their most serious drug problem, citing it more often than cocaine and marijuana combined. In Hollywood, cocaine is still king, but meth is gaining.

“It is in the circuit and it’s slowly rising,” Dr. Eric Braverman, addiction specialist and author of “Younger (Sexier) You” told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column. “It doesn’t need to be imported; it can be made at home, so it’s one of the hardest substances to police or control.”

Several celebs have admitted to falling prey to the powerful drug. Prior to the success of the “Black Eyed Peas” lead singer Fergie was hooked on the stuff. Tom Sizemore was arrested in 2007 for possession of meth. The following year Farrah Fawcett's son, Ryan O’Neal, was taken to the slammer after authorities found meth strewn about his Malibu home. And “Full House” star Jodie Sweetin disclosed in her 2009 memoir that she struggled with crystal meth addiction, admitting that during the 2004 premiere for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's “New York Minute,” she walked the red carpet "high as a kite."

Fact Sheet: Crystal Meth and HIV

Is there a link between crystal meth and HIV?

Yes. One of the biggest health risks from using crystal meth is the increased chance of HIV infection through unprotected and uninhibited sex while under the influence. Crystal meth increases the sex drive and enhances the sexual experience, and also increases euphoria and reduces inhibitions. The liberating feeling that comes with crystal meth use means that safer sex is often discarded while higher risk sexual activity increases greatly.

Who uses crystal meth?
Crystal meth is popular with street youth, and in gay clubs and circuit parties, although its use is spreading into mainstream culture and clubs. It is becoming the drug of choice for teens.

Because of its potent effect on stamina and sex drive, the drug has become popular with gay and bisexual men who attend dance clubs and sex parties. Rituals of multipartner barebacking have been developed around crystal meth. Crystal meth is often used with ketamine (known as Special K), a drug which loosens the sphincter, and with Viagra to overcome what is known as “crystal dick”, or impotence that often accompanies the use of crystal meth.

For a few decades now, men who have sex with men have been inundated with messages of safer sex, and there appears to be “condom fatigue” within that community.

What does crystal meth do?
It speeds up the body’s functioning by increasing the heart rate and pulse, increasing wakefulness, and intensifying concentration and thought processes. It elevates the mood and provides a high or a feeling of euphoria. It stimulates the part of the brain that is responsible for pleasure and reward, fine motor control, sex drive, and increased energy levels. It can also cause increased irritability, restlessness, insomnia, anxiety, and panic. At high doses, it can induce a confused and disorganized behaviour, paranoia, hallucinations, increased aggressiveness and antisocial behaviours. Overdoses are relatively common. Symptoms include agitation, hostility, hallucinations, high temperature, convulsions, suicidal tendencies, circulatory and respiratory collapse, coma and possible death.

To minimize the unpleasantness of crashing, it is advised to eat, sleep and drink plenty of water and juice, even if not hungry and especially if on a binge. Acupuncture may help stabilize and balance the damage from overuse of crystal meth.

Effects on others
Crystal meth use can also have effects on others around you. Children of crystal meth users are at risk of neglect and abuse. Using crystal meth during pregnancy can impair growth, and cause premature birth, developmental disorders in newborns, and enduring cognitive deficits in children. Family and friends can also be affected, as crystal meth users have a tendency to pull away from their social network and isolate themselves when they are using excessively.

Party and play Party and play - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Party and play (PNP and PnP) is a subculture of recreational drug users who engage in high risk sexual activities under the influence of drugs within groups.[1] It is also called chemsex and it is described "as an enormous risk."[2]

The term is often but not always used by and associated with gay men[1] and other men who have sex with men (MSM). The drug of choice is typically methamphetamine, known as tina in the gay community,[3] but other drugs are also used, such as mephedrone, GHB, and GBL.[4]

Those participating in "party and play" gatherings have a higher rate of acquiring sexually transmitted diseases by having unprotected anal sex with large numbers of sexual partner.

Drug experts issue warning over 'chem-sex' parties Drug experts issue warning over 'chem-sex' parties

The emergence of "chem-sex" parties where gay men inject illicit synthetic drugs before engaging in "risky sexual practices" in London and other European cities has triggered a public health warning from drug experts.

The EU's drug agency is particularly concerned about people injecting cathinones, a family of synthetic chemicals that imitate the effects of speed and ecstasy, and crystal meth and other forms of methamphetamine stimulants.

Synthetic cathinones include mephedrone, which has recently been banned in Britain and across Europe after being marketed as a legal high.

They are usually snorted in powder form or swallowed as tablets, but the annual report of the EU's monitoring centre for drugs and drug addiction says there are worrying localised instances of people injecting the substances, including at gay chem-sex parties in Britain.

Bryan SingerOne of Many Who Attend Wild Hollywood Parties

The man who accused "X-Men" director Bryan Singer of sexually assaulting him at wild pool parties when he was 15 claimed orgies are common -- and based on what we know ... they are.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... there's a weekly party in L.A. that recruits very young men -- advertising 18 and up, but often attended by people with fake IDs who are underage, along with a bunch of very powerful older men in Hollywood.

The parties are usually held every Thursday night at various nightclubs in the Hollywood and West Hollywood areas.

The night of the party, promoters walk around and get the phone numbers of very good looking guys who appear young.

The promoters then text the people who fit the desirable profile and invite them to a weekend party at a private home.

The home parties often have hundreds of guests ... the young guys along with a number of Hollywood heavyweights, including major agents, movie and TV producers and directors and big names in music.

We're told there are plenty of private places for people to go ... but sometimes things happen out in the open.

Toward the end of the evening, a select few are invited to an after-party, and that's where things often swing out of control. We're told the parties often have drugs and alcohol readily available and it's very clear ... sex is the end game.
