Mexican Military Truck in Texas

I just saw a news report on our local Houston channel and they reported that a Mexican military truck sped across the Texas border and stayed for around ten minutes before leaving. I have been looking for a report somewhere else but can't seem to find anything. I googled the hell out of it and can't find a story on it. Anyway, just thought it was worth starting a topic on.
