Farmer dies after drunken fight with pig which saw his genitals mutilated and three of his fingers bitten off

• Miguel Anaya Pablo returned from party when the fight with pig happened
• Medics were unable to save his life after he suffered horrific injuries
• He died as a result of infection, but autopsy is set to be carried out
