Right. The Senate Democrats Folded thier tent and went home for the Holidays. SanFran Nan says she won't allow her Democrats to go to comittee meetings to resolve this.

Neither House can go in recess with OUT the approval of the other House. So exactly how did the Senate leave?

Democrats don't believe in following the rules.
