A confidential informant of the North Rhine-Westphalia Office of Criminal Investigation stimulated the Islamist Anis Amri to carry out the truck attack in Berlin at a christmas market last year. He even brought him to Berlin. The informant who investigated (= built up) a group of Islamists who planned to fight in Syria, also attempted to make them carry out attacks in Germany instead. The regime has rejected warnings against its informant.
