I myself am into using fossil fuels at a prodigious rate, dumping my used antifreeze and oil into culverts, my back yard is a chemical dumping ground and I'm seriously into making lots of noise at three in the morning while meditating on a fifth of rum.

Not really nice days in Delhi. It is raining too much in Delhi and many other parts of India, there were floods in China, Pakistan recently - weather has become extreme, irregular. Before the rains the summer season was extremely hot in India.

I recommend Panama, amigo.
Lots of your fellow Indians moved there to build the canal so the culture, in some areas, will be familiar to you,, it's not a nuclear target, isn't densely populated,has no military, is very ecologically minded etc.

Get yourself a one way ticket and go share your crafts with the Panamanians.
Suriname is pretty cool too but lacks the infrastructure of Panama.

Why do I say this ?
Take a close look at India and imagine the future.
