Melania Trump Perjured Herself Under Oath, Faces 5 Years in Prison

This should clarify it for you

"The perjury charge failed with 45 senators voting "guilty" and 55 senators voting "not guilty". The obstruction of justice charge failed with 50 senators voting "guilty" and 50 senators voting "not guilty". In both cases, a two-thirds majority of 67 senators would have been required for conviction.

All 45 Democrats in the Senate voted "not guilty" on both charges. The five Republican senators who voted against conviction on both charges were John Chafee of Rhode Island, Susan Collins of Maine, Jim Jeffords of Vermont, Olympia Snowe of Maine, and Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania. Specter, who said he was not prepared to cast a guilty or not guilty vote, voted "not proven", which was counted as a not guilty vote.[24] The additional five Republican senators who voted "not guilty" only on the perjury charge wereSlade Gorton of Washington, Richard Shelby of Alabama, Ted Stevens of Alaska, Fred Thompson of Tennessee, and John Warner of Virginia."

I already knew that and perhaps you can clarify what you meant by this statement that you posted.

"Actually it was the Republican vote that saved Clinton."

There were only 45 Democrats in the Senate. If the Republicans had held tough Clinton would have been impeached. Fortunately, even Republicans can see through the haze of bullshit from time to time.

the story of her face cream is sort of interesting. she got screwed and sort of jad her name damaged - but it'll be interesting to see if either of the parties involved in new sunshine want to sue her for misrepresenting herself to them.

also, not sure i want to shop at menard's anymore

55 votes does not convict in the senate moron.

It's there you just have to look.
I looked.... all I see is a claim she dropped out to do modeling. There is no proof that is a fact. It's a claim. Where is the evidence to support the claim? :dunno:
As in science and law, the burden is on the claimant to produce the evidence.
Apparently, unlike Trump's request for Obama to produce 100% evidence of his citizenship, the Trumps are hypocrites in NOT producing evidence for Melania's college degree.

For the counter claim that she does NOT have a degree, CBS staff investigated & found no degree ...
"CBS News has checked the official public records of the university, and Melania Trump is not listed as having graduated from there with a degree."

Melania Trump's RNC bio incorrectly says she graduated from college

The claimant is claiming she didn't earn a degree... that is who is obligated to produce evidence. Obama's citizenship was directly related to the office he was seeking, Melania's education isn't related to anything.

Because CBS News didn't find something, is not evidence. In fact, we don't even know for sure what they found because they have a history of lying about that.
No CBS made an inquiry and found that she held no degree. Obama was already president when the birther issue came into focus. Melania was suing her partner for breech her background and the establishment of her credentials goes to how much money was lost to her personally.

Killian documents controversy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

CBS News producer Mary Mapes obtained the copied documents from Burkett, a former officer in the Texas Army National Guard, while pursuing a story about the George W. Bush military service controversy. The papers, purportedly made by Bush's commander, the late Lieutenant Colonel Jerry B. Killian, included criticisms of Bush's service in the Guard during the 1970s. In the 60 Minutes segment, anchor Dan Rather stated: "We are told [the documents] were taken from Lieutenant Colonel Killian’s personal files"[9] and incorrectly asserted that "the material" had been authenticated by experts retained by CBS.[10]

It's nice to see CBS has learned to claim documents don't exist as opposed to passing off forgeries as authentic. Still, I don't trust them as a reliable investigative source.

I know you have the whole little soap opera playing on a loop inside your head, but trust me... none of this means a thing regarding the elections... especially when there are YouTube videos of Hillary lying repeatedly to Congress over things that are actually important.

Not if your name is clinton, apparently. She can get people killed and dipshits like you give her a pass.

She got no one killed.

There were 4 dead bodies in Banghazi because of her gross incompetence.
Wrong, not one, but two congressional investigations found no wrongdoing. You cannot adhere to a belief disproven by a $30 million dollar investigation, when time after time they come up with nothing.

What part of gross incompetence don't you understand?
What part of vindication don't you understand?

The part where the fox is allowed to conduct and control the "investigation". What part of "official corruption" do you not understand?
