Meister...question for you and other non-RINO's...Lefties stay out please:

I suppose, it's not "federal," however Scott Walker would fit the bill...

I like Chris Christie as well.... I like what he says but I don't know if he practices what he preaches - it seems he does but only time will tell.

Chris Christie is considered a RINO by some and would probably get that label from many if he didn't have so much charisma.

Rob drives to D.C. every day to serve his constituents faithfully. He drives a POS Toyota 97 miles - ONE WAY - from his farm in Tappahanock, Va.

A 194 mile round trip commute every day!

He doesn't get limo'd in like Pelosi/Reid/Kennedy elitists that you look/kiss up to.
Maybe he should hook up with other industries that are willing to buy him besides defense after all they were the largest contributor to his campaign in the 2009 election cycle. That is consistent with the republican party though. They are all bought he is not as valuable as say Nancy or the other sell-outs. They should just make it simple and have a private ebay site where the big players can just cut the bullshit and bid on them all....

I really don't see how he is a RINO...

Besides, it would be difficult to label a governor a "RINO" considering they're not legislators .

After all they are embracing the Tenth Amendment...

Hi. Can you give me names of who on in the federal level isn't a RINO? I see RINO tossed around alot. What is the litmus test? Whom can you say personifies Republican ideals?
Just some names...not "Someone who...." or "A republican is one who..."

I'd really like to hear who the "real" Republicans are. Is it John McCain? Jim DeMint? Sarah Palin? Just some examples please. Thanks.

Well, true republicans are libertarians....

Most notably Ron and Rand Paul...

Any elected official who claims they're republican but trade their votes on bills or votes for unnecessary spending bills (at the federal level) is no longer a republican.

Real republicans follow the Bill of Rights and certainly embrace the Tenth Amendment.

I suppose it was Lincoln who really invented the "pro-federal government" ideals many republicans hold to this day.

Lincoln was a RINO...

False. All true libertarians are the libertarians.

Republicans rightly reject a great deal of the libertarian philosophy even though SOME of the libertarian philosophy is good stuff.

It is untrue, however, to pretend to speak for "true Republicans" when you are actually just making that shit up.

Who the hell is he. Nothing compared to a Pelosi,Reid,Kennedy these are high priced political whores. Your boy was bought by the defense industry for a mere half a million in the 2009 election cycle. The republican big guns demand big money and ride in style also so do not even try that shit. More the influence higher the bribes. Come on we all know they are bought that is the problem but everyone wants to play this shit out till the end. Screw it put them on E-Bay it is easier and will be the simplest way to know who to vote for. It all depends on what interests you support. Oil, environment just another scam to tax us on carbon emissions, military, banking. You get the idea.

He is one of my fav RINO's. ;)
Chris Christie Clamor Grows, but His Positions Face Scrutiny - WSJ.com
Mr. Christie appointed to a superior-court judgeship this summer a Muslim lawyer who defended Muslims detained after the Sept. 11 attacks. Asked about groups who had criticized the pick, Mr. Christie told reporters, "It's just crazy, and I'm tired of dealing with the crazies."

"His energy policies are way more in line with Barack Obama's than with traditional conservatives," said Steve Lonegan, who lost to Mr. Christie in the 2009 GOP primary and now runs the New Jersey chapter of Americans for Prosperity, a conservative public-policy group.

My Congressman - Rob Wittman

Better now?

Thank you.

he's a nutcase who thinks the "pre-born" should have constitutional rights.

Not a nutcase, and glad he's my representative.
He's a good man. I challenge anyone to find any "dirt" on this guy.
He plays by the rules - and serves his Constituents.

Can't say that for all of our "public servants" but that's the way he is.

Regarding being pro-life, I think that's fantastic that he doesn't support murder.

On his website-

"As a member of the Values Action Team, I will continue to support pro-life, pro-family legislation. I will work in defense of parental rights, religious liberty, and the definition of marriage as a union between one man and one woman. Furthermore, I support efforts to curb internet pornography and obscenity."

Seems to have values, vs. getting blow jobs while in the office, or Tweeting nude photos of himself.

Are you really this stupid? Or is your right-wing nut attitude giving you a tainted view.
Look at this will you, K street housing.
Then let us take a look at one of your heroes. That big fat ass from New Jersey, that rides on a helicopter to a place and then is big ass cannot walk 100 yds. He needs a limo ride.:cuckoo:

Why are you talking about someone in New Jersey?

I am talking about my rep in Virginia and his daily commute.

Too complicated a topic to keep up with, asswipe?

Not at all buttface, we can use those kinds of insults all day sperm breath.
It was how you rated your "real" republican, how he chose to use not use money to get to work and save the tax-payer money.
So, if you don't like the comparison too fucking bad

i actually deleted my post because i realized the o/p wanted to address rightwingers only.

but now that you responded... the fact that there's "no dirt" found on him doesn't make him a decent person. i looked at his positions when you posted his name because i wanted to see what a "non-RINO" is. near as i can tell, you think it's someone who hates people and likes corporations. your guy voted against anything that would help people and for anything that would hurt them.

i don't think that makes him decent, with all due respect, my friend.

meanwhile it's the dem who's out of office for inappropraite behavior. The repub, vitter, who was caught with a hooker in a diaper is STILL in the senate.

just saying.

Patrick Toomey

It's not a Toomey!!!

RINO's????

John Huntsman
Olympia Snow
Colin Powell
Susan Collins

Non-RINO's

Tom Coburn
Jim Imhofe
Congressman West from Florida (Can't Remember his first name)

There's just a few. Thank God the number of RINO's are being weeded out and are either not being re-elected or their leaving the party. Refer to the thread from the guy who says he's a Republican party official and is leaving the party.

Hopefully, we'll get them all gone soon...

Seems like everyone pretty much agrees that McCain, Romney, and Gingrich are liberals.

Which is what confuses me as a Paul supporter. I'm a conservative, I only support conservatives, but most others who call themselves conservatives, only support liberals.

I can't figure it out.

Well, I do know him personally. He's been to our business a number of times, he has cookouts at his home for constituents, see him at Chamber events, - and any time I need assistance with something and call or write him, I get a rapid response from his staff. I can't say the same for our two Senators. He's a good guy - honestly.
