You can't tell people how much better your plan is if you don't have one. The only thing the GOP has done since the ACA passed was tell us how bad it was and to try to block it at every chance they got.

The main reason the ACA is having problems right now is because of the Medicaid/Medicare expansion that was blocked by all the Republican governors. If they had allowed the expansion, the ACA would be in good shape today.
