She was elected Senator because her husband is Bill Clinton, it has an ultra-liberal major city which constitutes the majority of voters.

As a senator, she accomplished what?

As Secretary of State, she accomplished what? She created even more scandals than the Clinton Kabal had before along with Benghazi and it is still festering with charges to come in the near future.
