Does modern media make you think about 'descriptive folklore'?

"Mega-Man was wandering around Earth, having descended from heaven, to challenge the dominion of the love-god Eros, master of romance and sentiment. Mega-Man was a champion of youthful idealism, not adult romance sensibilities. The two would have to face each other in a new age realm of etiquette-debates. What they talked about would be imprinted onto a war-metaphysics genre-magazine called Marvel Media (a subsidiary of Marvel Comics). President Trump called Marvel Media the new MTV."

"Unfortunately, the love-god Eros was not about to go down without a fight. Eros wanted to exploit all the consumerism (shopping-holiday) fancies of TrumpUSA and make video-games marketed to kids much more graphic. This was the Alfred Hitchcock 'aesthetic' of socialization mobilization 'clubs' in the new age. Eros countered Mega-Man's 'idealism-aesthetic' by marketing the American gothic federation wrestler known as the 'Undertaker.' Now, Mega-Man had to fight not only Eros but also the underworld-guru Undertaker (in a debate)."

EROS: What's your stance on privacy in consumerism?
MEGA-MAN: Yes, there's a special 'networking IQ' associated with America!
UNDERTAKER: I'm not opposed to the marketing of People Magazine.

EROS: Should we make a Marvel Comics character presentation?
MEGA-MAN: Yes, "Undertaker meets Scarlet Witch" (in Purgatory).
UNDERTAKER: It'd be about 'TrumpUSA' sociology...

EROS: So, Undertaker, you've been presented in video-games?
MEGA-MAN: Do you like fans using your visage as a video-game icon?
UNDERTAKER: I'm not opposed to the Xbox generation...

EROS: Undertaker, what is your stance on the American Dream?
MEGA-MAN: Would you want Marvel stories featuring you as a millionaire?
UNDERTAKER: I don't mind it when fans characterize me as a 'media genius.'

EROS: Do you have aspiration of teaching at Yale?
MEGA-MAN: Perhaps a Comparative Literature course on athletics and creativity.
UNDERTAKER: Sure; I'd call such a socially-symbolic course Sports/Dance.

EROS: Well, it seems, Undertaker, you're a general fan of Marvel Media.
MEGA-MAN: Perhaps you'd like this Marvel t-shirt?
UNDERTAKER: I'm always endorsing modern media merchandising...

"Undertaker's social value and appeal disappeared when the diabolical Scarlet Witch became a popular Occultism-oriented female comic book super-heroine. Scarlet Witch gave to American audiences something Undertaker never could --- a sense of social joy that transcended gothic fantasies about vigilantism. Scarlet Witch, you see, was more about metaphysics confrontation, not pop-culture hysteria. Undertaker however managed to arrange a debate with Scarlet Witch."

UNDERTAKER: Are you a fan of Marvel Media?
SCARLET-WITCH: I don't mind genre-magazine consciousness...
UNDERTAKER: Do you like Charlie's Angels?
SCARLET-WITCH: Yes, I like the television and films!
UNDERTAKER: Did you watch Alvin and the Chipmunks?
SCARLET-WITCH: I preferred Dungeons & Dragons.
UNDERTAKER: Maybe we should talk about underworld aesthetics...
SCARLET-WITCH: Yes; I like comparing pedestrian confidence with artistic eccentricity.
UNDERTAKER: I'd like to fashion/market a line/series of kids' raincoats in America.
SCARLET-WITCH: I suppose they'd be 'eco-friendly.'
UNDERTAKER: They would indeed...
SCARLET-WITCH: Maybe we should visit Ivy League schools.
UNDERTAKER: Yes, we would tell students on campus about the value of consumerism.
SCARLET-WITCH: I suppose media-gurus are academic diplomats in the media age.
UNDERTAKER: That's why I'm a big fan of Pee-Wee Herman...
SCARLET-WITCH: He's was not a normal person/entertainer.
UNDERTAKER: He was completely juvenile!
SCARLET-WITCH: Are you a fan of Christian comics?
UNDERTAKER: Maybe spiritual comics will become tomorrow's Aesop's.
